01.13.19 – Today started out on a disappointing note. We tried to get Kirby to visit our house for a quick bite to eat. He made it across the street, but he refused to come into the house. Later we went outside to do some yardwork and he decided to come over and check out our garage, which does not have a door on it. Max and Dré were both outside – Dré mostly hung out on the deck, but Max was in the driveway and was ready to defend his turf. He jumped on Kirby a couple of times, but wasn’t extremely viscious. Kirby did not fight back, which we’re hoping will cement in Max’s mind that Kirby is completely under his control and there is no further need for territorial skirmishes. They all hung out in relative peace for about an hour!
